Gideon Technologies provides software solutions that help organizations visualize enterprise IT risks and improve IT effectiveness. Our solution, the SecureFusion suite, is modular by design and complements a proven methodology for visualizing, prioritizing and measuring remediation and enterprise IT risk. The SecureFusion suite is comprised of four modules:

1. Asset Discovery
2. Vulnerability Management
3. Configuration Management
4. Policy Management

Each module feeds data into the SecureFusion Portal, a service-oriented architecture (SOA) interface that enables you to identify, manage and measure information security risks. Gideon Technologies also offers External Perimeter Monitoring Service for continuous security monitoring of all your Internet points of presence and all your Internet-accessible systems.

Gideon Technologies developed SecureFusion to help enterprises visualize their networks, properly assess risk and measure remediation. Prior to starting Gideon Technologies, our founders worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) and performed IT risk assessments, IT audits and compliance audits for hundreds of enterprises. They recognized first-hand the difficulty in obtaining repeatable, accurate IT risk metrics using established tools and processes. The lack of automation, accuracy and integration was leading enterprises to make incorrect and incomplete assumptions about their environments—often leaving executives and managers to work with flawed and inaccurate data. Armed with extensive knowledge and experience with enterprise IT environments and audit processes, Gideon Technologies proposed that accurate discovery of both known and unknown assets forms the basis for effective risk measurement.
