SecureFusion Policy Management helps you demonstrate compliance through continuous monitoring. It provides tangible evidence for measuring compliance according to a simplified process that reduces the time and money involved in compliance monitoring.

Reporting

SecureFusion Policy Management data is collected within the SecureFusion Portal, so you can access compliance reports from anywhere at any time. Role-based access controls in the SecureFusion Portal allow you to provide stakeholders throughout the organization with appropriate access to the relevant scorecards and compliance reports.

Exceptions and Documentation

Easily document policy exceptions due to compensating controls, remediation, risk acceptance or other specific notations that are part of your compliance program.

Workflow

Workflow is an integral function of SecureFusion Policy Management and the SecureFusion Portal. It provides important policy management functions such as documenting policy exceptions, importing and updating policies, and aligning technical controls with policy statements. Compliance violations can also be exported to external ticketing systems (i.e. Remedy).

Rapid Implementation

SecureFusion Policy Management is deployed on a standard Windows 2003 server and does not require the installation of agents. A complete implementation, including installation, training and quality assurance, can be completed in less than three business days. Many competing technologies take months to install and require significant customer maintenance and support. Our deployment strategy delivers immediate results while minimizing total cost of ownership.

Auto-Updates and Maintenance

Application upgrades and updates are automatically downloaded and deployed to your SecureFusion Policy Management server. Application support and maintenance required by our customers is negligible.

Pricing and License Options

SecureFusion Policy Management offers several licensing options. These options are provided so that our technology can be used to meet a wide variety of customer needs. Pricing will be determined based on the following two factors:

License Scope:

• Enterprise deployment (all network assets)
• Per asset license (a pre-set limit on assets scanned)

License Term Options:

• License (purchase price plus recurring annual fee)
• Annual subscription (renewable fee)
